Your Responsibilities

You agree to only scan domains that you either:
- Own directly
- Have received explicit written permission to test
- Have legal authority to perform security testing on

You acknowledge that unauthorized security testing may be illegal and could result in:

- Criminal charges
- Legal action from affected parties

Service Usage
You understand and agree that:
- BugPatrol is a tool provider and not responsible for how you use the service
- You are solely responsible for ensuring proper authorization for all testing activities
- You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will not use the service to cause harm or damage to any systems
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BugPatrol harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Any unauthorized testing activities
- Violations of this agreement
- Any legal consequences of your actions
Consequences of Violation
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account
- Legal action
- Reporting to relevant authorities
- Permanent ban from our services
