You must be legally authorized to perform security testing on any domains you scan using our service. This includes having explicit permission from the domain owner or being the domain owner yourself.

Service Usage

You understand and agree that:

• BugPatrol is a tool provider and not responsible for how you use the service
• You are solely responsible for ensuring proper authorization for all testing activities
• You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use the service to cause harm or damage to any systems

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BugPatrol harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Any unauthorized testing activities
• Violations of this agreement
• Any legal consequences of your actions
